Award for workplace quality and employer attractiveness
On May 15, 2025, Dr. Falk Pharma Switzerland was recognized by Great Place To Work® as one of the "Best Workplaces ™ Schweiz" in the "Micro" category. During the ceremonial event, Susanne Höppner (Managing Director) and Sabine Maurer (Project- & HR-Manager) accepted the award.
Since 2009, Great Place To Work® has been annually recognizing companies. The award stands for exceptional achievements in developing trustful working relationships and creating attractive and supportive working conditions for employees. In 2024, 225 organizations across Switzerland were certified as Great Place To Work®, and this year, 75 companies were recognized as "Best Workplaces™ Schweiz".
